The files behind a member
Each member has an identity file with its role and method, a memory file with what it has learned, an agents file for how it works with the others, a user file about you, and hand-over notes. The Box has its own set too.
The agent learns you over time
As work runs, the member records preferences, decisions, and facts about your business in its memory. That is what makes the second week better than the first.
Read, correct, and clean up
Open Memory in the workspace, pick the member, and read each file live from the Box. Edit a wrong memory, remove stale notes, or tighten an instruction. The change log shows every edit by you and by the agents, and an agent editing its own identity waits for your approval.
Model and usage
The profile also shows the model the member runs on and its usage, so you can judge quality and cost together.
