dpanel.ai Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

dpanel.ai is operated by Live Future Inc., a Delaware corporation.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of dpanel.ai and is incorporated into the dpanel.ai Terms of Service. You are responsible for activity by your Authorized Users, customers, agents, workflows, Boxes, credentials, and connected systems.

You may not use or enable the Service to engage in, facilitate, automate, instruct, conceal, or materially assist any activity described below.

1. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity

You may not violate law, regulation, court order, sanctions, export controls, contractual restrictions, or third-party rights. Prohibited activity includes fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, deceptive commercial practices, false reviews, fake engagement, identity theft, evasion, or concealment of unlawful activity.

2. Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse

You may not access or attempt to access data, accounts, systems, devices, networks, credentials, or services without authorization; deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, credential stealers, destructive code, or botnets; exploit vulnerabilities without permission; bypass security controls; interfere with systems; or conduct denial-of-service activity.

Security testing, red teaming, scraping, or vulnerability research requires authorization from the system owner and compliance with applicable provider rules. Model jailbreaks or prompt-injection testing against third-party models may require written provider approval.

3. Harm, Weapons, and Dangerous Activity

You may not use the Service to facilitate violence, abuse, exploitation, terrorism, weapons development, chemical or biological harm, evasion of safety controls, self-harm encouragement, stalking, doxxing, or credible threats.

4. Child Safety and Sexual Content

You may not create, process, solicit, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or unlawful sexually explicit services. Suspected child exploitation may be reported as required by law.

5. Privacy, Surveillance, and Biometrics

You may not collect, monitor, record, identify, track, profile, or disclose personal information without authorization and a lawful basis. Prohibited uses include spyware, covert surveillance, unlawful facial recognition, unlawful biometric categorization, location tracking without consent, and processing data obtained through hacking, scraping, or breach.

You must provide required notices and obtain consent before recording audio, calls, screens, messages, meetings, or communications.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

You may not infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, database, or other rights; remove rights-management information; distribute pirated content; or submit confidential information without authorization.

7. Spam, Telemarketing, and Platform Manipulation

You may not send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, messaging-app communications, calls, or social posts; harvest contact information; evade suppression lists; manipulate platform engagement; generate fake likes, views, followers, reviews, or endorsements; or violate communication-platform rules.

Automated communications must be based on lawful consent, truthful sender identity, required disclosures, and effective opt-out mechanisms. Human approval does not legalize an unlawful message.

8. Financial, Trading, and Regulated Services

Unless expressly authorized under a separate written agreement and all required licenses, you may not use the Service to:

  • provide personalized investment or financial advice, trading signals, strategies, portfolio management, or recommendations;
  • operate an exchange, broker, dealer, trading platform, money transmitter, payment service, wallet, custodian, or stored-value product;
  • execute or automatically place trades in securities, commodities, derivatives, currencies, or digital assets;
  • facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, front-running, insider trading, evasion, money laundering, or sanctions violations;
  • make credit, lending, mortgage, insurance, or financial-eligibility decisions; or
  • market guaranteed returns, risk-free profits, or misleading forecasts.

General data organization, research, monitoring, and draft risk notes must remain informational, impersonal, and subject to qualified human review. Users remain responsible for determining whether their activity is regulated.

9. Medical, Legal, Employment, Credit, and High-Impact Decisions

You may not rely on the Service as a licensed professional or safety-critical service. Without a separate written agreement and legally required safeguards, you may not use it to make or materially determine medical diagnoses or treatment, legal rights, employment selection, housing, education admission, credit, insurance, government benefits, criminal justice, or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects concerning a person.

10. Misrepresentation and Synthetic Media

You may not create or distribute deceptive impersonations, deepfakes, cloned voices, fabricated evidence, or synthetic media using a person’s likeness without authorization, or falsely represent AI-generated content as authentic where disclosure is legally or contextually required.

11. Model and Provider Restrictions

You may not bypass model-region restrictions, provider safeguards, rate limits, identity checks, usage policies, or technical controls; misrepresent location or identity; or use a model in violation of its provider terms.

12. Excessive Use and Resale

You may not overload, benchmark disruptively, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, share credentials, pool accounts, evade usage limits, or use the Service to build a substantially competing model-routing or orchestration service, except where expressly permitted in writing or by applicable open-source licenses.

13. Customer Environments

You may not connect a Box to infrastructure you do not own or have authority to administer. You are responsible for resource limits, costs, backups, credentials, and security. DPanel may immediately isolate or disconnect a Box that presents security, abuse, legal, payment, or infrastructure risk.

14. Enforcement

We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict models or tools, block actions, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse promotional Units, and report activity to providers, Payment Partners, authorities, or affected parties where reasonably necessary.

We may consider the severity, intent, history, risk, cooperation, and legal obligations. We are not required to provide advance notice where doing so would increase risk or violate law.

15. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data in a report.
