Open a Workspace when you need more detail than the Dashboard provides. It keeps the work close to the runtime that owns it.
Choose the view that answers the question
Use Board or List for status, Flow for sequence, and Dependency Tree when one task cannot begin until another is complete. These are views of the same work.
Keep completed outputs connected
Productions should remain linked to the task and session that created them, creating a clear path from the request to the delivered file, page, report, or video.
