What lives with the team
Each member and each Box keeps its own memory files: identity, instructions, memory, and hand-over notes. They are read live from the Box, so what you see is what the agent uses.
Fix what the team got wrong
Open Memory in the workspace, read what a member remembers, and edit it. Remove a wrong assumption, clean up old notes, or sharpen an instruction. A change log records every edit, yours and the agents own, and identity edits by an agent wait for your approval.
