dpanel.ai Early Access and Beta Terms
Effective date: July 15, 2026
dpanel.ai is operated by Live Future Inc., a Delaware corporation.
These Early Access and Beta Terms (“Beta Terms”) supplement the dpanel.ai Terms of Service and apply to beta, preview, experimental, private, free, trial, invite-only, or early-access features (“Beta Services”). If these Beta Terms conflict with the general Terms regarding a Beta Service, these Beta Terms control.
1. Selection and Access
Applying for early access does not guarantee acceptance. Seats may be limited, released in batches, prioritized by intended use, and revoked at any time. You must provide accurate application information and may not create duplicate accounts or misrepresent identity, company, location, referral status, or intent.
2. Beta Status
Beta Services are unfinished and under active development. Features, interfaces, models, workflows, pricing, packages, limits, data formats, integrations, and documentation may change materially or disappear without notice. Beta Services may contain defects, security weaknesses, incompatibilities, incomplete controls, data loss, agent drift, context failure, incorrect outputs, or unintended actions.
BETA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT AN UPTIME, SUPPORT, RESPONSE-TIME, RESOLUTION-TIME, BACKUP, RECOVERY, OR SERVICE-LEVEL COMMITMENT.
Statements about expected fixes, release dates, launch timing, roadmap, performance, or resolution time are estimates only and do not create a warranty or binding obligation.
3. Appropriate Use
Do not use Beta Services for production, regulated, safety-critical, financial execution, medical, legal, employment, credit, infrastructure-control, or other high-risk activity. Do not place irreplaceable or sensitive data in a Beta Service without independent backups and a written agreement addressing the data.
You must monitor agent activity, keep permissions limited, approve consequential actions, review outputs, and maintain independent backups. Guardrails and approval features do not eliminate risk.
4. Early-Access Usage Grant
An approved account may receive the promotional amount displayed at activation, currently described as US$5 in Usage Units. The grant:
- is promotional, not a purchase, deposit, stored-value account, wage, or cash balance;
- has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn, or refunded;
- expires 30 days after grant unless another period is displayed;
- may be reduced, corrected, delayed, or revoked for abuse, duplicate accounts, mistake, inactivity, or program changes; and
- is consumed according to actual model, tool, hosting, and workflow usage, including multiple calls made by model battles, judges, agents, retries, or evaluations.
Consumed Usage Units are final and non-refundable.
5. Testing, Reports, and Feedback
You are encouraged to test legitimate workflows and report defects privately. Do not publicly disclose non-public vulnerabilities, credentials, private user information, or confidential unreleased features before giving us a reasonable opportunity to address them.
You grant Live Future a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, commercialize, and create derivative works from feedback, bug reports, test results, feature requests, workflow suggestions, and other ideas without compensation or attribution.
Additional promotional Usage Units or recognition for testing are discretionary and are not guaranteed compensation.
6. Data, Resets, and Migration
We may reset, migrate, reprocess, truncate, or delete Beta Service data and configurations. We do not guarantee migration to a general-availability version. You are responsible for exporting important data and maintaining backups.
Deleting a DPanel account or disconnecting a Box does not delete data stored in a Customer Environment, third-party model provider, host, channel, or connected service.
7. Confidential Beta Features
If access is marked private, confidential, or subject to non-disclosure, you may not publish screenshots, recordings, benchmarks, security details, pricing, or non-public features without written permission. Publicly available portions of the Service are not confidential merely because they are in beta.
8. No Purchase Commitment or Future Entitlement
Early access does not guarantee future availability, pricing, feature parity, free service, launch access, capacity, support priority, or any right to a commercial plan. We may introduce paid plans, waitlists, limits, or new eligibility requirements.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate Beta access at any time, with or without notice, particularly for abuse, risk, inactivity, non-cooperation, policy violation, provider restriction, security concern, or program change. Upon termination, unused promotional Units expire and are not refundable.
10. Liability
The disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits, dispute resolution, and governing-law provisions in the Terms apply fully to Beta Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising solely from free Beta Services will not exceed US$50.
11. Beta Acceptance Text
The following unchecked checkbox should appear before activation or first use:
I understand that dpanel.ai is in beta, may make errors or take unintended actions, has no uptime or resolution-time SLA, requires human review and backups, and that promotional or consumed Usage Units are non-refundable. I agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Early Access and Beta Terms.
