Use Workspaces to Follow Tasks and Productions

A Workspace is the detailed view of one Box: tasks with their cost, the team, sessions, files, schedules, channels, memory, and usage.

Flow view: each step with its owner, status, requests, and cost.

One view for one Box

Open a Workspace when you want more than the Dashboard shows. Everything the team uses and produces on that Box is here.

Flow, List, and Dependency Tree

Flow shows the steps in order with the owner, status, requests, and cost of each. List is for scanning status. Dependency Tree shows which task waits for which. They are views of the same work.

Productions stay linked

Delivered outputs land in Productions and stay linked to the task and the session that made them, so a report, page, video, or file can always be traced back to its origin.
