Where the balance comes from

Subscription credit comes with a plan and expires or rolls over at period end. Top-up credit is prepaid and keeps its value. A free allowance is for the current period. Usage draws from subscription credit first, then top-up.

Plan meters and add-ons

Plan & limits shows what your plan includes and what you are using: AI agents, hosted Boxes, your own Boxes, channels, co-worker seats, integrations and MCP, and gallery publishes. Add a single seat or Box as a monthly add-on, or upgrade for more of everything.

Every credit traced to the work

Usage & Costs shows consumption by task, team member, Box, and model, and the account reconciliation proves every Box plus platform usage adds up to your total.
