Drag a chat onto the board
Open the agent panel and drop any session on Live. It becomes a window on the board. Add another agent from another Box and talk to both side by side.
Files, videos, and widgets
Browse a Box with the file manager and drop a file or a video on the board; it plays inline. Add widgets for tasks, productions, analytics, consumption, and your team so the numbers sit next to the conversations.
Arrange and save
Tile, cascade, spread, grid, or maximize the windows, and save the arrangement as a preset for the next time the same view is useful.
