dpanel.ai Payment Partner Notice

Live Future Inc. may use multiple non-exclusive payment processors, resellers, merchants of record, billing providers, banks, direct-invoice arrangements, or other transaction channels (“Payment Partners”). The applicable checkout, order form, invoice, receipt, or transaction confirmation identifies the seller, the Payment Partner, and that partner’s role for the specific transaction.

The dpanel.ai Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Cancellation and Usage Units Policy remain payment-provider neutral and govern access to and use of DPanel. A Payment Partner’s terms govern only the payment or transaction functions performed by that partner.

Current Paddle Transactions

When Paddle is expressly identified at checkout as the seller, authorized reseller, or merchant of record, Paddle’s applicable buyer, payment, privacy, cancellation, refund, tax, fraud, and dispute terms also apply to that transaction. This notice does not make Paddle exclusive, permanent, or the only payment channel available to Live Future or dpanel.ai.

Other transactions may be processed by Live Future directly or through a different Payment Partner. The identity and role shown at checkout or on the invoice control for that transaction.
