dpanel.ai Service Operation Notice
Effective date: October 5, 2026
dPanel.ai is operated by Live Future Inc., a Delaware corporation.
DPanel remains at an early stage of development. This notice explains practical risks and usage billing. It supplements the Terms of Service without overriding them, the Refund, Cancellation and Usage Units Policy, transaction-specific Payment Partner terms or mandatory legal rights. The existing page address is retained so previous policy links continue to work.
1. Errors and Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. AI models and agents can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unusable results, fail to follow instructions or take unintended actions. Software, integrations and third-party providers can contain defects, lose context, be unavailable or interrupt a workflow. Version numbers do not guarantee a particular result or error-free operation.
Unless an order form expressly provides otherwise, there is no uptime, response-time, resolution-time, backup or recovery SLA. Roadmaps and timing estimates are not commitments. Paid features and any changes remain subject to the Terms and mandatory rights.
2. Review and Backups
Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Monitor agents, keep permissions appropriate, use required approvals for consequential actions and maintain independent backups of important data and Customer Environments. Guardrails reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. High-risk and professional uses remain governed by the Terms.
3. Consumed Usage
Usage is charged for the model, tool, generation or other metered work actually consumed, not for achieving your intended result. Consumed usage may remain billable when an output is inaccurate, contains errors, is incomplete or unusable, or when a later workflow stage fails. A preflight block before submission is not consumed provider usage. A temporary reservation is not a final charge; unused reservations are released under the applicable metering rules. A rejected submission or a recorded duplicate does not by itself justify another charge. Where provider consumption or settlement is uncertain, the charge requires reconciliation rather than an assumed successful invoice. Demonstrable metering errors remain subject to correction, and mandatory rights and the applicable Payment Partner refund terms always apply.
Promotional credits are non-cash service entitlements; their displayed grant, expiry and eligibility rules apply. Refund eligibility for paid purchases is governed by the Refund Policy, the transaction terms and applicable law.
4. Your Own Provider Account
Where supported and configured for your Box, you may use your own provider account and credentials instead of DPanel-managed model access. DPanel supports a user-owned OpenRouter key through its native BYOK settings. Calls routed directly through your own provider credentials are billed by that provider under its terms; they do not also become DPanel-managed model usage merely because DPanel coordinates the workflow. Your DPanel plan, hosting and any separately selected managed tools or media may still have their own charges. An upstream Hermes installation in a Customer Environment may also support your own Nous Portal account through its native authentication, subject to installed-version compatibility. This is distinct from DPanel BYOK settings and is not a promise that a managed DPanel Box exposes a Nous account connection. Verify the actual selected route before running; switching a model name alone does not establish who bills it.
5. Support
Report persistent defects or disputed metering to [email protected] with the relevant task, session or transaction reference. Never send API keys or other secrets in a report. For Paddle payment issues, Paddle Buyer Support is also available. Nothing in this notice limits non-waivable consumer rights.
